Emily Walker
Anthropologist, Ethnographic Filmmaker, Researcher
I received an M.A. in Visual Anthropology from Goldsmiths, University of London in 2009. My film and academic work explored cognitive reconstructions of cities through individual memories and life-long experiences. This fed into my ongoing research on identity formation and orientation as well as the psychological impact of urban environments and modern conceptions of space.
Since completing my Master's I have been involved with a number of academic and not-for-profit organizations as a researcher, videographer, and educator.
